Fly-tipping in Woodford Court

Opposite flats at Woodford Court, behind the wall that backs on to Crescent Road houses, people from number 19 Crescent Road clearly seen dumping a Rubbish, TV, large Fridge etc. There are now rats. They push it to the next houses along.
