Fly-tipping in South Downs Way

Owners (31 Leydene Park GU31 1HF) routinely dumping grass cuttings and leaves on the verge of the South Downs Way behind house creating a compost heap spoiling view & habitat. Latest 13 & 20 Aug. Have even created gap in their fence for easy access.
