Fly-tipping in Chorlton Lane

I have also seen this tip on a recent cycle ride. As with all fly tips this is an inexcusable blight on the countryside and a health hazard as food waste has been encouraging wildlife to attack and spread the waste, I sincerely hope that there is enough evidence to prosecute....!
