Green patch by the zebra crossing. Corner W Brom St/Windsor St. Only cleared a week (?) ago! Child's bed/mattress + black bags etc. Behind the power shed a black bag has been torn up. Includes packaging + food waste, vermin risk! Rice/pasta etc.
