Fly-tipping in Cumbrian Way

Nighbour lives at 22 Cumbrian way Cleared all his rubbish from his garden mixed of wood beds and fences and left it in the alleyway where parents and children use to go to school everyday day. It has been there for four nearly 6 weeks.
