Fly-tipping in Chapel Lane

Large amount of rubbish- some of which is protruding into road. Have moved some of it off road but bed base too heavy to shift. Is dangerous for a driver at night who won’t spot it in the dark on this narrow lane. Needs shifting ASAP.
