Fly-tipping in Uttoxeter Old Road

Various rubbish dumped on land on corner of Parcel Terrace and Uttoxeter Old Road.. Has been a draw for fly tippers for years as the owners who also own 154 Uttoxeter Old Road, refuse to fence it off or sell it to Sunset VW for a car park.
