Fly-tipping in North Terrace

This house has a ridiculous amount of wastage and rubbish that’s been abandoned out the front of their house for over 2 years I am a neighbour and I’m getting sick of looking at it daily, they just keep adding more rubbish I have now witnessed 3 rats
