Fly-tipping in Rhys Thomas Close

Yesterday Walsall Council cleaned the fly tip up and put a warning sign up and the usual offenders thought it was funny to dump over a dozen black bags under it! Check the bags for addresses they are not shy about knowing they gonna get away with it.
