Fly-tipping in Rhys Thomas Close

Hi Walsall Council . We have fly tipping in our Close, & a tenant in next Close dumped this tv in ours because her fly tipping by her own flat is massive blowing in other gardens but housing group does not stop her, at 19 Ernest Clarke Close.
