Fly-tipping in Winta Drive

Approximately 10 full black sacks, contents unknown, on the embankment of the M3. These can be seen from the footpath that runs nearest to the M3 at the Elvetham Heath Nature Reserve, Fleet, however, they are the other side of the chain link fencing.
