Fly-tipping in Mill Lane

Dumped at approx 12:00 on 23rd feb. There’s CCTV at 1 Papermill close?? At 11 this morning mattresses were actually next to park entrance (3rd image) but when came back from sports centre this was all cleared - seems moved to the new location
