Fly-tipping in Unnamed Road

General household waste CONTAINS 2 NAMES AND AN ADDRESS. I have rebagged as very windy today, and also to protect wildlife, but is left where I found it. From Brendon Cross heading toward Buckland Brewer it is in a layby on the right hand side
