Fly-tipping in Rye Lane
Someone had dumped a load of rubbish, including a child’s ride in car, over the hedge. Its in the first bend on the left hand side if you’re coming through the “country” part of Rye Lane from Otford

The rubbish does not look as though it is on the highway. We do not collect rubbish from private land, this would be the responsibility of the land owner.
