Fly-tipping in Culmer Lane
Photo shows roofing battens fly tipped onto Public Footpath track leading off Culmer Lane to "The Lag" and "Well Cottage" night of 23 March or early hours 24 March. Battens were in middle of track now moved to verge side to make the track passable
