Fly-tipping in Allister Street

I have reported this many times, every week this happening in this car park, this alley is used for drug dealing and fly tipping. There should be a cctv camera fitted in this alley. It is used because there are no cameras to catch the criminal activity happening here, the council are letting people get away with it.

Find out who owns the car park, as people are Parking in it for commercial use.

Neath is becoming a hole to live in, all this fly tipping, and all the heroin addicts, alcoholics, walking around Neath like zombies, the council need to pull their finger out and sort it out.
