Fly-tipping in Weir Hall Road

A single mattress dumped in Weir Hall avenue by the junction of Weir Hall rd. The tenants of 59 Weir Hall Road have had this in the garden of there property for sometime (I have photos) and I knew it was only a matter of time b4 they dumped it.
