Fly-tipping in Hutton Moor Lane

Four drums of paint dumped on grass verge on Hutton Moor Lane, opposite entrance to Hutton Park Residential homes. One has now been emptied on to the grass, not sure if this is toxic or not. Needs clearing quickly, three drums still full.
