Fly-tipping in Lime Tree Walk

waste from 59 Lime Tree Walk has been dumped in Well Woods, inside the entrance. The owner of 59 is aware but it has not been removed. No photos of rubbish can be taken as neighbours will see on their doorbell who is taking photos.
