Fly-tipping in Perseverance Road

Drug growing waste. Piles of waste periodically dumped at the side of the road, as I’d thrown from a moving truck. These continue along Perseverance arias and down Ned Hill towards Keighley Road. On Ned Hill they are on both sides of the road.
