This scumbag throwing his rubbish on the side of the road down the Canal by Falling Sands Viaduct . Told me he owns the road !!!! and he can do what he likes ( must believe it ,having a shipping container in the old scrapyard perhaps) His Missus came out with the most vile language in front of her Kid when I took these photos .
