Fly-tipping in Crabmill Close

People from 32 crabmill close just attempted to dump 6 or more bags of rubbish out of the back of a truck. Gitba bit annoyed when I told them to do one. Put bags back in truck and drive back down road , threatened me and said they would dump it later
