Fly-tipping in Shaftesbury Avenue

Salisbury mews at the alley behind Shaftesbury houses which is next to age uk.. it’s an eyesaw and people are adding to it.. most of it comes from the garden and house of 5 Salisbury mews I can’t get my motorbike or anything through my back gate.
