Fly-tipping in Mescoed Road
Lots of black bags, cupboards and drawers,wooden pallets, garden waste thrown down the bank blocking up the stream below. Waste flytipping sign with cctv warning .Have reported this twice now to the council.

This flytipping waste is still there, with even more rubbish dumped, why aren't the council clearing it up, disgusting amount of waste and been over 6 weeks since I've reported this.
