Fly-tipping in Amy Court

The app never appears to work on location, this is the third time I’ve tried reporting different events with no luck so I reported this from home. Took photo using the app and when I submitted the report it appeared to be sending it but it was still sending it when I got home so I started again

It still hasn't been cleared. The geolocation doesn't seem to work on the app, when I tried to report using the app it showed as being in Hill road about ¼ mile away. using the "get directions" on the clear waste website it shows the right location but suggests you get to it via Amy court, despite it being in the Lowestoft cemetery. It also gives the address 68 Normanston drive but that looks like a Google Maps issue
