Fly-tipping in Firbank Road
Garden waste between Cargill place and Firbank Road. Registration SF07TKN. He was rude and had a car full of rubbish. he left after I took pics.

I see that Perth and Kinross council still have not even bothered to come and pick up this fly tipping. I will never report a fly tipper again. They can fly tip wherever they want I am past caring if they do it. He had a car full of rubbish which he would have got rid of if I had not shouted at him that he was fly tipping. Perth and Kinross council supports people fly tipping and does nothing to stop them.
