Fly-tipping in Tickleford Drive

Tyler Catton, from no. 63 Tickleford Drive, dumped old sofas at approx. 4 pm on 27/09/22 with the help of a male. This is a recurrent issue with him as he tried to clear his garden illegaly, also covered in mountains of rubbish!
