Fly-tipping in Freshwater Close

There is garden waste, carpets, bags of rubbish, guttering, paint containers, and pipes. Our neighbour at 1 Freshwater Close has taken photographs. The waste was dumped between 10.00-11.30 am today 28 October 2022.
