Fly-tipping in Cathcart Road

Two Asian men who live at 124 Cathcart Road, Rutherglen G73 2DX have been fly tipping directly opposite 120 Cathcart Road, Rutherglen. At 3.45pm on 24/11/2022 they parked their Red Kia (LD11 ZPL) and dumped a washing machine along with the rest.
