Fly-tipping in Cotton Lodge Close

Its mostly on the corner of Back Crescent Road West and Back Ena Street. Burnt out wood, overflowing bins not even for this street, there is no 85 Ena Street, so people are dumping bins now. House hold waste, removal waste, even some tyres. Horrid.
