Fly-tipping in Laburnum Road

I can't get a photo without neighbours knowing it's me.A pile of asbestos roofing has been dumped on the hard standing outside 49 laburnum road. The pile had been on the drive of 66 laburnum. It's partially hanging onto the edge of the road.
