Fly-tipping in Hambledon Road

Bags of bottles, clothing and household rubbish. Some bags had broken open and litter spread across the road, cleaned by volunteers.There is no sign saying that the glass bin has moved. Am contacting the Salvation Army to tell them their bin is full.
