Fly-tipping in Gatehouse Way

UNIT10 BRIDGEGATE -22-01-23 13:42pm , camera shows date&time. These two people were fly tipping their waste (inclds a whole bed and bedding). Please advise how you will resolve this situation as this is a business paying for the skip. plate LX12 ULG
