Fly-tipping in South Road

On the Junction of South Road and Gravelly Lane rubbish HAS been dumped again by the people who are working in the Car wash on Gravelly Lane. It was only recently removed, but they are dumping rubbish from valeted cars there. Tonight Fri 3rd Feb
