THREE MONTHS ON. Rubbish remains in place. Any comment?

18 months on and rubbish still there. Would the local Council like to comment? They were made aware of the fly tipping when it was found 18 months ago. Could some of their “furloughed” staff not have earned their wages? No better sitting at home getting the Government to pay you for doing nothing. And the Councils response is”.......
