Fly-tipping in Free Heath Road

Dumped this morning Sunday 26th March 2023. B2169 near Hook Green and The Elephants Head Pub. On way home I took a photo of the rubbish. Further along the road there are two more bags in same wrapping. Man and woman in blue car GU20 KGE, saw them.
