Fly-tipping in Beddlestead Lane
Noon April 19. I came across two men in the process of dumping paint /building materials from late model Blue Ford transit van license place folded in visible: "_ _56B _ _". trade workers, possible traceable codes on retail products / paints etc.

I came across these two dumping painting waste and possibly rubbish from a building site. I was on my bike, but managed to block them from going past me. They were very aggressive in rushing at me in the van. However they turned the van around in the lane and at the time, a driver in a red Range Rover came along - she proceeded to follow the fly-tippers. Hopefully this is useful evidence that the drivers of this van were dumping in the beautiful countryside.
