Fly-tipping in Whitecroft Road

Suspicions of asbestos left outside the back access to gardens of properties on Cranes Park Rd and Whitecroft Rd. To access, take a right from Cranes Park Rd onto Dovercourt Road and the back access is on the left. There is no gate to prevent access.
