Hi I reported this to Stratford council who said it was not their responsibility to get it moved. I also contacted Stonewater who haven’t got back to me. I run a business from home and this looks really bad when people approach my property. I’ve waited to see if the items would eventually be moved but now it’s been almost 6 weeks
