Fly-tipping in Penkridge Bank Road

There is a little pull off to the side of the road, Harsher penalties are needed for these people! For us that live here it’s so frustrating. Appears to be fence panels, bed slats, Amazon boxes, black bags and Xmas baubles on the ground
