Fly-tipping in Marsh Lane

For a friend @14h. 2 females from the stables? dumped manure, fly tipped by the bins, filled 1 bin with a huge plastic sheet, dumped buckets, boxes by other bin. Tried to leave a pallet but when told the bins weren't for that waste, took it back.
