Fly-tipping in Creeksea Ferry Road

This ditch is on private land, so I'm afraid Rochford District Council isn't able to clear the contents as flytipping as we only clear from public land and highway. We are currently dealing with the landowner to get this area cleared, but due to the covid-19 situation, we are not able to follow this up at this time.
