Fly-tipping in Chesterfield Road
by S8 + bags of ?house waste quite a few garden canes. In bushes over the Armco on old chesterfield rd. Some broken bags need shovel to clear. Site now a regular dumping ground. The bags will deteriorate if left. There are rats in this area
