Fly-tipping in Old Redding

2 people dumped a fridge from a van. Excerpts from dashcam enclosed. Dashcam time is 13:35 GMT, but incident took place at 14:35 BST. Number plate isn’t readable, but the offenders should be recognisable. I have kept the original dashcam files.
