Fly-tipping in Thorpe Bank

7 tyres and rusting metal. Tyres are on LH side when travelling east, just past bumpy road sign. Metal is about 200/300 metres further on. These items were dredged out of the drain about 2/3 weeks ago by Witham Fourth Drainage Board
