Fly-tipping in Saint Mary's Road

This is in St Mary's Road, Netley Abbey (see the street sign photo). The waste is close to the roadside towards the far end of the road (less scrutiny there). It looks rather amateurishly dumped car rubbish, rather than a professional tipping job.
