Fly-tipping in High Street
by Councillor Norman Plumpton WalshWhy? We think this bin comes from flats opposite. If we could prove who it actually was who did this, we would be seeking a prosecution. Chances are it was a passer by who thinks it's funny to remove people's bins. Well it's far from funny.

And to top it all, another plastic bin set fire recently, I'd say further into car park. This one had gas canisters directly under SJB!!
