Fly-tipping in Hastingwood Road

This gateway has been used for years as a dumping ground. Normally the rubbish is on the farmers field side but this time is on the road side!

Hi. This rubbish is still there even after reporting it twice. I understand the rubbish on the farmers side of the gate is his responsibility but the rubbish on the road is not his problem.
