This is reported every year , the Council do nothing , Newport City Homes do nothing ! The land is Newport City Council but is leased to NORSE ! So much for green polices , will report to welsh GOVT

Agree this is every year & vans pull up & dump commercial rubbish & general waste that explodes . Bed & sofa already dumped now every tenant will dump their crap . Newport City Homes should have these people under anti social behaviour as laid out in the tenancy agreement
