Fly-tipping in Broadmead Park

Dirty stinking people , they just do it in broad daylight & all agencies allow this . Staff are working from home but would whine if this was near them with vermin seen in the junk . Newport City Council are a joke and waste of time , issue fines for litter but this they are to scared to do anything . Makes people think why & what is council Tax paid for . Newport City Council will collect your bins every three weeks & if your bin lid do not shut i will not be taken , though they deem this OK ?
